How to stop being so paranoid?

This regards everyday life, not just relationships.
Feelings of paranoia could be that you feel as though the world is out to get you or it’s just not safe. We all experience it at some point in our lives but sometimes it can take a turn for the worst, and that can become a serious problem. When other’s around you are thinking regular thoughts and you can’t help but feel suspicious. Simple thoughts can turn deadly. So other than the usual help like psychiatric care. Here are some tips on how not to think yourself into paranoia.
1. Think Positive. Some people think this is easy, when really it isn’t . When in an unfamiliar neighborhood with the worst reviews you can’t help but be suspicious of everything even ,when you’re walking and talking yourself into optimism. Step one would be to control your thoughts, not every first thought that pops into your head is right. Sometimes unknowingly you talk yourself into fear, causing your own anxiety. Later I’ll be discussing the power of Positive thinking.
2. Stop making up scenarios that probably will never happen. I do this a lot, which is really unhealthy. Try to be positive if it hurts. There’s this quote:’ Pretend to be happy until you realize you’re no longer pretending’. Makes senses , regarding the Law of Attraction. Having a calm perception that all will fall into place.
3. Hang out with extroverts. I noticed that as an introvert, I learned new things around my complete opposites. One being that simple things would put me on edge when other people barely waste a thought on irrelevant things. It changes your viewpoint and makes you strive to be just as calm minded.
4. Go out more. See the world not for what it is but for what it should be-Gandhi.
You know what I struggle with, taking my own advice. But writing this post is basically self help because I am writing from experience.
